1.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies such as local storage work in much the same way. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the product is used.

2.The cookies we use

We group cookies into the following categories:

• Strictly necessary — required for the site to work, for example to keep you signed in, remember your cookie choice (ss_cookie_consent), and protect against abuse. These are always on and do not need consent.
• Preferences — remember choices you make, such as interface settings. Set only with your consent where they are not strictly necessary.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4, used to understand which onboarding steps, reports, and pipeline options help users decide faster. Set only after you consent, with IP anonymisation enabled.

When you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies on your device. The main ones are "_ga" (used to distinguish users, expires after 2 years) and "_ga_<container-id>" (used to persist session state, expires after 2 years). If you choose "Essential only" or withdraw consent, these cookies are not set, and any already set are cleared.

We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for fresh consent.

3.Managing your choices

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your decision at any time using the cookie controls in the site, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
